Initially, this track must have been released back in 2009 as a single for the Journey to the Unknown (EP), but due to reality day by day issues has been postponed over and over again since then. At some point, it has been abandoned and the dust did his job and covered it from sunlight. The never coming release of this song became to me like Duke Nukem Forever became to gamers, which expected the game from 1996 to 2011. It became an obsession in the last years. Sea of Dreams, Sea of Dreams… But where the fuck is that sea, dude ? ‘Cause I see no sea at the horizon… So, after Duke said “Come get some !” back in 2011, it’s my time to say in 2015: Come get some… Sea of Dreams !
Hope the track is not too epic, ’cause it’s a damn long one (9:20). Even it’s a little strange for non day by day metal music listeners, I guess the theme of the song is a very usual feeling which we all have it one way or another in this life. RECORDING THE TRACK
The song is a homemade one, so the quality is far from being the best in town. Consider this a demo-track, due to lack of experience in mixing, vocal skills and many other things. More than sure, on the Journey to the Unknown (EP) it will be a newer version for Sea of Dreams.
